Choose 08...intro...

They always say, "this is the most important blah blah of our time."

Well maybe it is, and maybe it isn't. But this team of Drexel University students will get into it summer of 2008 (while we're not at the beach, or soaking up the free AC at the library)...

Get into IT.

Into the nooks and crannies, the issues the media has forgotten because a cat got stuck in a tree, or a congressman was caught with his pants down.

Issues not invective.

Mrs. McCain

In response to the Cindy McCain article, i am astounded how real she is. She basically had everything handed to her, but used her power and money for a good cause. I feel as if i can relate to Cindy, being a target of reporters must be a hard thing to deal with. I can understand why she would cry and be emotional in front of reporters and media under such circumstances, it's like standing up to a bully and instead of fighting back, sucking it up and dealing with it. We all have our own problems are were lucky we don't have them plastered all over the front page of every major paper in the country. I'm glad she didn't stick to her labeled trophy wife title; I'm glad she is a strong independent person who with all she has dealt with still does things out of the good of her heart.

All i knew about john McCain before this article is that my boyfriend loves him and swears by him, but i on the other hand know nothing about him and frankly i didn't care. after reading this article i am almost tempted to Google McCain and learn more about him. i respect him too that he is a real person, not some fake uptight republican who does no wrong. i don't necessarily agree or disagree with divorce, but its refreshing to hear that a political force is actually a human being. whether or not i like his wife and think that she would be an awesome first lady and would try to do good, doesn't really matter if i think john McCain would be a good president. people shouldn't base their opinion on the family issues and judge a candidate by things in his past, they should vote for a candidate for the right reasons.
