when i first realized this article was six pages long and it was 10:30 at night (since i am a procrastinator), i almost panicked. not only do i hate politics, i also hate to read. fuck. why do i have to take english to be a fashion major again? ANYWAY, i sucked it up and started to read the chapter book version of a newsweek article &now i can honestly say i am basically cindy mccain's BFF. why do i know so much pointless information about this not-so-poor lady? she obviously doesn't want to be in the spotlight as potential first lady, so can you explain to me why we just gave her whole life story again? i am pretty sure she wants to forget about the little pain killer incident along with the rumors of her inability to keep certain jet plane receipts and the one stating that her daughter, bridget, was a illegitimate child of john maccain.
reflecting on this article and the fact the mrs. mccain and i are currently number one on each other's top eight, i have to wonder whether i truly like her or really just hate her with the power of a thousand suns. i mean come on. for every negative aspect in her life in the spot light so far, two awesome, amazing facts were spoken about her. is it shady that they just wrote a whole article on her life in the spotlight starting from the moment her and john mccain met to all of her lows and illnesses. i feel as though since they gave us such an array of good and bad information in this article, there has to be some more hidden dirt on her that even i don't know. obviously this article is a publicity stunt for the united states to read and feel connected to her, just like i did. but my opinion = don't believe it. if they felt the need to talk her up this much in one article, there must be some pretty juicy stuff being covered up. why else would she keep reiterating that she wants nothing to do with the media? huh huh?

They always say, "this is the most important blah blah of our time."
Well maybe it is, and maybe it isn't. But this team of Drexel University students will get into it summer of 2008 (while we're not at the beach, or soaking up the free AC at the library)...
Get into IT.
Into the nooks and crannies, the issues the media has forgotten because a cat got stuck in a tree, or a congressman was caught with his pants down.
Issues not invective.
